Online Orders 

  • Regular-priced items: Full refund within 14 days of delivery
  • Sale items up to 30% off: Return for store credit
  • Final Sale: No returns, exchanges, or credits for:
    • Sale items 30% off or more
    • Belts, Hugo Boss & Emporio Armani suits, and Etro items

Return Options
You have two easy ways to return your order:

  1. In-Store Return – 🏬 Return your item to any of our store locations free of charge. No pre-authorization or return fee required.
  2. Mail-In Return – 📦 Click “Request a Return” at the bottom of our website to purchase prepaid return label will be provided. A flat fee will be deducted from your refund:
    • $9.95 CAD (🇨🇦 Canadian orders)
    • $25.00 USD (🇺🇸 U.S. orders)

Online Orders – International

  • Regular-priced items: Full refund within 14 days of delivery
  • Sale items up to 30% off: Store credit only
  • Final Sale: No returns/exchanges/credits for:
    • Sale items 30% off or more
    • Belts, Hugo Boss & Emporio Armani suits, and Etro

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for all international return shipping fees.

Refunds: Processed within 7 days of return and inspection.

In-Store Purchases

  • Regular-priced items: Refund within 14 days of purchase
  • Suits & sport jackets: Exchange or store credit only
  • Sale items under 30% off: Exchange or store credit
  • Final Sale: No returns, exchanges, or credits for:
    • Sale items 30% off or more
    • Belts, Hugo Boss & Emporio Armani suits, and Etro

Not Returnable: Socks, hats, undergarments, swimwear, and pacifiers.

General Return Guidelines

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached
  • Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Avoid contact with perfume, makeup, or lotions when trying on items
  • Worn or damaged items are not eligible for return
