Return Policy

Online Orders 

  • Regular-priced items: Full refund within 14 days of delivery or January 6 2026 for a store credit.
  • Final Sale: Belts, Hugo Boss & Emporio Armani suits
  • Sale Items: May be returned for a store credit within 14 days or by January 6 2026.
  • In-store pickup:  Orders purchased online and picked up at store follow the same return policy as in-store purchases. 

Return Options
You have two easy ways to return your order:

  1. In-Store Return – 🏬 Return your item to any of our store locations free of charge. No pre-authorization or return fee required.
  2. Mail-In Return – 📦 Click “Request a Return” and once authorized, a prepaid return label will be provided. Fees for returns:

    • FREE (🇨🇦 Canadian orders)
    • $25.00 USD (🇺🇸 U.S. orders)

  3.  Original Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
  4.  For U.S. customers: prepaid duties/tariffs are non-refundable on returns.

Online Orders – International

  • Regular-priced items: Full refund within 14 days of delivery
  • Final Sale: Belts, Hugo Boss & Emporio Armani suits
  • Sale Items: May be returned for a store credit within 14 days or by January 6 2026.

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for all international return shipping fees.

Refunds: Processed within 7 days of return and inspection.

In-Store Purchases

  • Regular-priced items: Refund within 14 days of purchase or by January 6 2026 for a store credit.
  • Suits & sport jackets: Exchange or store credit only
  • Final Sale: Belts, Hugo Boss & Emporio Armani suits
  • Sale Items: May be returned for a store credit within 14 days or by January 6 2026.

Not Returnable: Socks, hats, undergarments, swimwear, and pacifiers.

General Return Guidelines

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached
  • Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Avoid contact with perfume, makeup, or lotions when trying on items
  • Worn or damaged items are not eligible for return
